The Bimber distillery in London was founded by whisky lovers, with a mission to produce high-quality single malt whisky with character, using traditional methods that are rarely seen today.
The first whisky from Bimber was released in September 2019 - a limited edition of 1,000 bottles, hand numbered. All bottles were sold within 3 hours, which turned the Bimber distillery and brand into a highly sought-after product among whisky aficionados and collectors alike.
