Boërl & Kroff champagne launched in 1995. One of the most prestigious champagne brands in the world was founded by two friends - Patrick Sabaté and Stéphane Sésé, who were looking to create a sensory experience limited at that time to the best wines of Burgundy and Pomerol.
Boërl & Kroff started in three high-quality plots planted mainly with Pinots Noirs. The grapes used to create the Boërl & Kroff champagne are hand-selected and only the best grapes from the best clusters are used. The vineyards are South-facing and managed using biodynamic principles to create the ideal conditions for the growth of the grapes.
