Gabriello Santoni, founder of the Santoni Distillery, has always been driven by a deep passion for quality. In 1961, his biggest dream—to produce the perfect liqueur in Chianciano Terme—came true. A liqueur made from a mixture of herbs that perfectly expresses his extraordinary land.
